Due to the nature of the made to order service we can only accept exchanges for a different shoe size.

The request must be done within 14 days from the order.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

The average time of production is between 4 and 6 weeks.

If some material or shoelast size must be produced the time would increase of another 2 weeks

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once your payment details have been approved, the receiving address has been verified, your order will be accepted and the shoes will then produced. Please do keep an eye out for any emails from us once your order has been placed, as we may contact you to verify some details and to keep you updated with the production stages.

Every shoe style will be available in sizes 40-45.

sizes outside this range will be produced with the order at not extra costs

Due to the made to order service, you have 48 hours to withdraw your order, after which it cannot be cancelled, and payment will be taken in full.
